Who Am I
Computer Science with Linguistics minor at Georgia Institute of Technology
I am a computer science major with focus (threads) in intelligence and people. I am minoring in linguistics and am participating in the International Plan program with a Spanish language distinction.
I am interested in obtaining a summer 2023 internship in Computational Linguistics and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
During the summer of 2022, I participated in a faculty-led study abroad program in Barcelona, Spain. While there, I designed and implemented a meal planner database application using SQL, complete with a fully functional Flutter GUI. In addition to taking a full academic load, I pursued immersion to strengthen my foreign language and intercultural communication skills.
Outside of academics, I am involved in STEM outreach through GT's MOVE club. I am particularly interested in helping young girls and women reach their STEM goals. I hope to uplift them and support them through any gender bias they may experience as I did myself during my K-12 education. I am also actively pursuing animal rescue opportunities in and around Georgia Tech to continue my lifelong love of animals and participation in rescue.
