I’m Niles Holt and I’m committed to becoming the best version of myself. Since 2022, I’ve undergone many life changes that caused me to experience extensive personal changes. I picked up many positive, fulfilling habits like gratitude journaling, deep journaling, meditation, consistent exercise, and deep work. Inside me is the passion to succeed and turn my vision into reality, and as such, I’m constantly at war with myself, learning new things about myself daily and adjusting my behavior so as to best support my vision.
