Who Am I
My name is Mya Ingram, and at 18 years old, I proudly call Jacksonville, Florida, my home. Over the past four years, I've embraced the opportunity to work in various roles that have profoundly shaped my personal and professional journey. My previous employers have consistently recognized my ability to learn quickly, my respect for others, my teamwork spirit, adaptability, and unwavering determination. I take pride in my capacity to lead while effectively following directions, and I remain committed to my values, even when faced with peer pressure.
My work experience spans positions at Vystar Credit Union, camp counselor at the YMCA, cashier at Walmart, and with a local business called Fragrance Body Oils. Each opportunity has been meaningful, and I approach them with dedication and seriousness. I live with my mother, a resilient single parent, and my brother, who is currently a junior at the University of Florida. I’m thrilled to share that I have been accepted into Florida International University, where I intend to major in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate. My dream is to become a real estate agent, and I also aspire to attend esthetician school in the future, earning my license to work in a spa setting as an additional source of income. Currently, I am actively seeking scholarships to support my education, aiming to graduate without the burden of student loans. I am working over thirty hours a week at Walmart to save for college expenses. I genuinely appreciate any job offers and support during this transformative time in my life, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunities that await. Thank you for your consideration.
