My name is Jacqueline Rivera. I am a senior at Marlboro Central High School in Marlboro, New York, who is planning to attend the State University of New York at New Paltz starting in Fall 2025. At the moment, I am planning to double-major in Marketing and Accounting and minor in Psychology. I am also interested in the school's 4+1 MBA program. I have maintained high honors status throughout my high school career, and I am currently in the Top 10 of my graduating class.

I am also a Scholar Athlete, having competed on both the Varsity Swim and Varsity Track teams. I am a member of the National Honor Society, where I am currently the Public Relations Officer for my chapter, and the Spanish Honor Society. I am also the Senior National Honor Society Representative and Corresponding Secretary for my school’s Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA).

I enjoy volunteering and have been extremely active in the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) since 7th grade. I was even the FCCLA NYS VP of Community Service and Competitive Events. I am currently the President of the Marlboro Free Library's Teen Advisory Board. As an American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard, I volunteer with the Newburgh Armory Unity Center to teach children ages 4-12 water safety and basic swimming skills. 

During my junior year, I received the Scholar Award for Financial Literacy, earned 17 college credits, and received a 4 on my AP English Language & Composition exam. I am on track to earn another 17-20 college credits this school year.
