I'm someone who is currently in their early 20's. I have an associates in arts and soon I'll be working towards my bachelor's degree in psychology. Through my work experience in various areas of customer service, I know and understand how the customer service World works. I also do in fact, have experience in different volunteer areas as well as experience with theater because I've done theater while getting my associate's degree.
